“Very disappointed in this experience. My friends and I paid for 2 hours. During that time we decided to play the arcade. The arcade was not working and we had put $20 in cash in the machine to get a fun card. The kiosk did not work with credit cards and there was no way to get the money we put in back. The manager on duty would not reimburse us the cash. While she was trying to fix the games, we spent 30 minutes just standing around. The manager had us call someome, the owner maybe, with no response. I finally got a hold of someone today who said they would send a reimbursement. I know the website says attractions vary by locations but i assumed it would still have the attractions that are listed at the location. When comparing the photos to the website, there were no ninja courses, bumper balls, and only 4 stand alone trampolines when they state wall to wall trampolines. There were very few dodgeballs that were worn out considering this place just opened. Lastly, in the foam pits there is no way to get out without pulling yourself up and the depth makes that difficult for some. Saw multiple people helping others get out of the pit as they could not pull themselves out. My friends and I were every excited to go but it was not worth the cost for 2 hours. We will not be going back.”

“I cancelled a birthday reservation and noticed my deposit wasn't able to be refunded. That's $100 that the manager said CANNOT be used if we visited the same day. I'm throwing a 1 star rating up because I should've read the fine print, but other indoor parks nearby(hint hint) do refund deposits & are flexible.”
