“We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at FunBox Houston, and it was truly an incredible experience from beginning to end. The entire team, along with the ownership who were present, went above and beyond to make our special event even more successful and memorable than we had imagined. From the moment we made the birthday reservation, their staff was extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. They assisted us throughout the planning process and continued that same level of care and attention on the day of the event. Everything was well organized, and they made sure all arrangements were handled smoothly so we could focus on enjoying the celebration. The atmosphere was energetic, clean, and perfect for a birthday party. It created such a fun and welcoming environment for both kids and adults. We especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to bring outside food, which made the experience even more convenient and personal for our family and guests. The team’s kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care really stood out. They made us feel welcomed and supported every step of the way, and it was clear they truly care about making each event special. Overall, FunBox Houston is an amazing place to host a birthday party or even just visit for a fun indoor playground experience. “We actually visited on New Years day and surprisingly they were open. No lines, no wait, no crowd. I did everything online, bought tickets and signed waiver before I arrived. It's $19 they say for 90 minutes but it's actually less time. We bought the 2:30pm slot arrived right on time. By the time we checked on and put on the socks it had been about 5 minutes and we were told we had to get out stop jumping at 3:45. That's not 90 minutes. But the kids had fun, the venue was clean. They have an arcade section but no section to buy food and drinks (i was told we could've brought our own) overall a great fun place to take your kids.”
