“We really enjoyed it; my child didn't want to leave even after 5 hours of playing. Advantages: Large play area, many slides, play areas, a ball pit, swings, and more. Food and snacks are available for purchase, pleasant staff, parking, convenient opening hours, and reasonable admission price. Disadvantages (in my opinion): lack of safety gates separating the entrance from the play area, the playground itself looks somewhat worn (flooring, toys, balls in the ball pit), and there aren't enough toys in the various themed play zones. There is a tall ladder that worried me, but the staff tried to monitor that area and prevent children from going up to the slide that the ladder leads to, because the slide is designed for sliding down in a special inflatable ring (I don't know the correct term for it). Despite all of the above, my child was very happy and wants to go there many more times.”

“This place is the absolute best!! Today was my husband’s and I first time taking our 2 year old and we LOVED it. The lady that was there (I think she was the owner) was SUPER helpful our son hurt himself and she brought him an ice pack! No other places are attentive like this place! She also gave me free socks to put on to be inside! Their food menu has a wide variety. This is our new spot 😊”

“We recently visited. Right away, we noticed the murals throughout the entire facility. A lot of thought clearly went into creating this place, and that attention to detail was truly appreciated. The indoor playground itself was great. It is spacious and offers a wide variety of activities, and the kids had a wonderful time playing. That said, the location raised some concerns. The surrounding area did not feel very family friendly. There were visibly intoxicated individuals on the sidewalk, and a homeless man repeatedly walked past the storefront and stopped to stare inside, which made me uncomfortable. Inside, the front desk employee seemed disengaged and not very welcoming. A friendly attitude would have made a big difference. Staffing also felt limited for how busy it was. Because it was raining, the place was extremely crowded, yet there was only one employee supervising the play area while also handling food and drinks. At times, it felt chaotic, and additional supervision would have been reassuring. Safety was another concern. There is an emergency exit that opens directly onto Van Nuys Boulevard, and given the surrounding area, this made me feel uneasy throughout our visit. On a positive note, the food menu was a big plus. They offer pizza, wings, and a good variety of drinks, which made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, while my family loved the indoor playground itself, improvements in customer service, supervision, and safety measures would greatly enhance the experience.”
