“Beautiful Gem in the city of Bell! Came to celebrate my father's birthday and had such a great time. From receiving our shoes, the customer service, and food. Everything was perfect. They took care of us and we went on a Tuesday so it was no busy. Food was great. We ordered a large pizza, wing, and fries and everything was hot and delish. No complaints. Great place for a date, birthday, or just to chill at the bar.”

“I would give this place a five stars but the bartender lady needs to fix her attitude because all I asked was for a cup of water and she acted like I asked for her families social security number. Also she was drinking on the job and playing poker with the customers so unprofessional. Like girl I’ll clock in for you. The guy in the front with long hair was so chill tho he ma dawg fr🤨🤞”

“Im leaving this review soley based on the experience me and my friends had yesterday. Usually we come here and have a good time but yesterday the vibe at the beginning was just off. The guy at counter, the cashier wasn't trying to work with us and the prices he gave us made no sense. First off they offer a discount of 65 dollars for 1 hours and 20 minutes with a shoe rental price of 6.25, thatdls their anniversay price. We were offered the 1 hour which was 50 dollarsm We asked about the 65 or the 1 and 20 minutes and was told that was the price after 8pm. Ok so why is it on the price list? Hmmmm. We kept going back and forth plus the other things. Im just trying to figure out why was we told the 65 dollars price was for after 8pm. We basically and another couple were the only people in their establishment. I dont want to say maybe they didnt want us in there but thats how we felt but we still paid and had a good time. I will say the bartender is a sweet woman. She changed the gloomy mood into a good mood had us laughing everytime she served us and her spirit was genuine. I cant say I'll personally come back, I know my friends will they love the place but I can't personally can't patronize businesses where they dont give honest rates and lie about the discounts.”

“My coworkers and I usually go every other week and have a great time. BUT THIS TIME AROUND THIS OLDER LADY.. EITHER SHE NEEDS TO BE HOME AND SLEEP.. IS GRUMPY AND VERY RUDE!!! She got upset because my friend and I shared a MIC??? She continued to say she owned the karaoke and had a lot of employees and you cannot share the mic and sing back to back.. yet she said you have to get skipped 1 time.. we waited a WHOLE hour just to see. So we waited.. unfortunately for this establishment and other reviews we have seen its not the first time she gets BAD reviews!Besides the fact that we consume ALOT!! Drinks and food.. We expected more for an establishment that provides a good time. Not mentioning the bartender we LOVE ..leaves at 7pm.. ( she does the best drinks and the man that comes after... is RUDE!! No customer service what so ever... Im Sure there's better qualified people to pore nasty drinks. IM NOT SURE IF THE OWNER CARES OR NOT.. BUT WE ARE A COMMUNITY BASED COMPANY AND WE ALL GREW UP AND OR LIVE IN AND AROUND THIS COMMUNITY.. EXPECTED MORE.. NOT RETURNING IF THIS LADY IS RUNNING THE KARAOKE! No wonder no one gave her tips.. Do BETTER GAGE BOWL!!”
