Great park with separate equipment for toddlers
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers through early elementary kids who want a shaded, multi-zone park. The separate toddler equipment means younger and older siblings can each have age-appropriate challenges. Plan around bathroom access — bring backup supplies or visit before long sessions.

“Great park with separate equipment for toddlers”
Julie Orris
“It was fairly easy to park in the mornings, and it is free street parking. Love the amount of shade on a hot day! There are two playground spaces and one set of swings. There is a smaller playground that is accessible for toddlers.”
Susanna Eiland
“Love this park. Good shade in the summer, variety of options for multiple ages, wood chips on the ground so no one gets hurt. The only way it could be better would be if the bathroom was attended to more regularly--sometimes it is open and sometimes not, sometimes open but no toilet paper and unclean, etc. But if you live nearby and/or are okay with the kids just going behind a tree, it is a great playground!”
Clarence Bigari
“Very close to where I live my granddaughter had a lot of fun with grandpa. Nice park. Easy accessibility. when I went back to your park today, the only bathroom available for any of the children was locked. Interesting.”

Overview
Garden Hills Playground on Pine Tree Dr NE runs two distinct play spaces — one scaled for toddlers and a larger section for older children — plus a single set of swings. Wood chips cover the ground throughout, softening falls. Mature trees provide reliable shade, a real asset during Atlanta summers. Free street parking is easy to find in the mornings. The on-site bathroom is unreliable: reviewers report it's sometimes locked and occasionally out of toilet paper.
