We always have birthday parties here and all of the staff members especially the manager DeAnna , are so polite and respectful and professional. The park is always clean and has a great family vibe to it. I would definitely recommend coming to this one . If I could give a 10 stars rating I would. Thanks again to all the staff members.

“Although it’s a fun place for kids, I wasn’t expecting to spend over $100 only to see chips, snacks, and water bottles scattered all over the play areas. Used napkins and wipes were everywhere, which really took away from the experience. Parents need to be more mindful and watch their kids, and employees should be stricter about cleanliness to keep the space enjoyable and sanitary for everyone. With better upkeep, this place could be much better.”

“I had my son’s birthday party here. As far as the kids go, of course they had fun, what kid doesn’t love a trampoline park? That part was great for them. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were extremely disappointing. There was only one employee running the entire floor - checking guests in, helping with the party, and handling general needs. Nothing was ready when we arrived, and I had to repeatedly ask for items and services that were supposed to be included in the party package I paid for. Many of our guests waited in line for about 20- 25 minutes just to get checked in. We were understanding and patient because we could clearly see the staff member was overwhelmed. I even helped clean up throughout the party to make things easier. However, when it was time to close, suddenly several staff members appeared, including the manager, Amy, who approached us with a very rude attitude and rushed us out. The kids had fun, but the lack of organization, poor customer service, and rude management completely overshadowed the experience. I would not book another party here.”
