“I visited today for the 2nd time ever. Arrived at 5:06pm with my daughter, niece and girlfriend. I appreciate the staff member in blue shirt accomodating us to enter since they mentioned last call was 5pm and they started closing up and typically don't take people after 5pm on a sunday. The air conditioning must never work here because it's not the best... The reason I am putting a 1 star is because a certain machine (hamster wheel) that i was on with my daughter (long story short) I had become trapped as I was walking off of it. My daughter is too small to move the wheel on her own (thus the reason I was on it with her). I Slipped and my arm got caught between it, making it impossible for me to get out. I kept trying to get out and my arm kept getting pulled deeper and deeper in between the metal bar and the hamster wheel. I yelled out 3-5 times to the desk where two workers were sitting and then I had to scream my head off to get him over. As if it wasn't embarrassing enough that I almost broke my arm on this hamster wheel. I thank the kid that finally came over but then look over to see a kid in blue and a tall kid in white that work there laughing and pointing at my situation. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated to see the employees of Hey Kiddos establishment, finding it amusing that someone hurts themselves in a kids place. Here's a picture of my arm that I legit thought I was going to break. And a picture of the wheel and how close it is to the service desk. April, 19th, 2026... The place is GREAT for kids and my daughter loves it. This was just a 1 in a million situation that could've gone far worse!”
