Deal was accepted instantly without any issues. The staff was unavailable at the front desk when we arrived but when they saw me, they came to help immediately. The entire place, along with the bathrooms were very clean. All today's were in good shape. The couches the parents sit on were woren out in some areas. There is plenty of chairs available for parents to relax in. I wish they had the wifi password more visible, and around the entire facility vs hidden behind the front desk wall where its with many other flyers.

“I di1d my baby's 2 year old birthday party at HippoHopp and they didn't disappoint. From the planning to the decorations and the host Leslie was amazing, she made everything easier for us even though she had other customers to attend to! Jag was also wonderful to work with and kept updating me on how the decorations would look and came up with ideas that we ended up using. All in all it was a fun experience for our toddlers and parents!”
