We had a wonderful experience on this magical train ride from New York to Chicago and two days later from Chicago to New York. From the moment we arrived to the train station, we were attended by Kevin, the program director, with the onboarding and upon boarding the train, we are welcomed by the wonderful staff, Lou the main ring leader, who is super informative about the train route and interesting landmarks along the railway and accompanied by Brianne, who assisted with serving our meals, dinner and breakfast, that were prepared with love by Sarah the Chef.
