We had my daughter’s third birthday party here, and it was such a great experience! The facility was very clean and beautifully decorated. The play equipment is modern, safe, and well-maintained, which made it even more enjoyable for the kids. They all had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave! The staff was quick, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the party. Highly recommend!

The three age-specific zones mean toddlers and pre-teens can each find appropriate challenges without competing for the same equipment. New ownership since recent reviews is credited with improved cleanliness and reduced overcrowding.

“My original review of HK was 5 years ago when my first grandson was 2 years old. I now have 6 grandchildren and we are at HK frequently. One of the pictures I posted then has had close to 2 million views. This is my fourth edit of this review. I went from 5 stars to 1 because the facility got into very bad shape. It has been renovated and it is beautiful. More importantly the staff has been at least doubled. Unfortunately downgrade my rating. We showed up today,Sunday, at 9AM, opening time with 5 grandchildren. We were told we could only stay for one hour because the place was booked for a private party. The receptionist had the audacity to say that if we paid we could return at 2PM without having to repay! Tell 5 children they could only stay for 1 hour and return 4 hours later? How insensitive and ridiculous is that? It does not make any sense to insult your long term clientele by reserving the whole place on a Sunday!”
