“Was told there would be 20 lanes available for open bowling after a tournament, upon arriving right after the tournament I was informed that they never had 20 lanes available because they were all "reserved". The staff should have just said that from the start instead of me wasting my time.”

“0/10-do not recommend this place for open bowling whatsoever. Go to AMF Rosebowl or Universal Lanes or Shore Lanes as an alternative. Used to be regulars because it WAS a good place to bowl at but things have changed as of recently. The biggest issue is the staff — they always seem completely uninformed about even the basics. Simple questions about lane availability, pricing, and shoe rentals were met with confusion or conflicting answers depending on who you asked. It honestly feels like no one newer has been properly trained. On top of that, wait times are always longer than expected because employees must not know how to manage the system efficiently. When something goes wrong with the lanes, it takes forever to get help while you’re already on limited time. Overall, the lack of knowledgeable staff made what should’ve been a fun night frustrating instead. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously improve their training and customer service.”
