I’ve always wanted to try climbing but wasn't sure if beginners with zero experience were welcome. Today, I finally broke the ice and it was an awesome experience! 🧗‍♂️👍 ​It’s truly a complete mind, body, and emotional workout. I started with bouldering and moved on to the auto-belays. There are so many options ranging from total beginner to much more complex levels. I felt like a kid exploring again today :). I loved every minute and will definitely be back to challenge myself and build up my upper body strength!"”
