Jam Time Norwood

“I am SOOOO HAPPY WITH JAM TIME NORWOOD! The experience was a 20/10 from booking to the day of my sons birthday party. We got lucky and found a party slot literally one week prior to the party, immediately we got a phone call to discuss the details put down the deposit and we were locked in, the communication was also a 20/10, We had our sons 4th birthday party here and honestly we are thinking of having his 5th birthday party here too. We booked the premiere package and it included everything we needed the only thing we added on was a character and two more boxes of pizza, for the price and what they do this was WELL WORTH IT and for what they do the price is reasonable tbh! We had a dinosaur themed birthday for my son and they decorated everything within the dinosaur theme, the paper plates and napkins were all dinosaur themed, they even made the goody bags which i was so happy with as they were not just some cheap goody bags it was QUALITY!! When i tell you i did not have to worry about a thing! Typically when having a party even at a play place i still am running around getting decor grabbing the food , putting together the goody bags. I had to do nothing!! but show up with a cake that is it! That made me so happy and when we got there Ari explained the timeline of the day and everything went so smoothly, we had the entire place to ourselves the kids all had such a great time and the adults had a good time as well. There was different spaces for the kids to have fun with each other or have fun independently. I am so pleased. The party staff went above and beyond they set out the pizza for the kids, and i also just had some wings doordashed to have extra food for the adults and kids and they had serving utensils for that as well and was even going to put it on a serving plate, but we realized we did not need that, they had coffee water and lemonade set up for the guest to help themselves as much as they wanted to. At the end of the party they took all the gifts put them in a large plastic bag and tied it up and left it at the front along with the rest of the cake and pizza, the goody bags were set out right at the front for kids to grab on their way out. Just phenomenal. Shoutout to Ari I lost my receipt that had the names of everybody but it was three staff including Ari and i want to shout them out too because they were so accommodating and helpful! One of the staff dressed up as the dinosaur and he brought a nice cheerful energy when he came out too, thank you so much!! I would 100 percent recommend Jam time for your birthday party needs. THANK YOU JAM TIME NORWOOD! WE WILL BE BACK!”

“Jam Time is a really fun place to take young kids to play and release some energy, especially on cold or rainy days! There are a lot of things to play with and many ways kids can use their imaginations, make friends and share! There is also a separate area to enjoy a lunch that you brought or purchase snacks and beverages.This is a fan favorite with my nanny kid!”

“This is def our fav play place around! If you want something low key where you can sit and just watch your child play and not feel the need to be following them around on way too big structures, this place is for you. It’s the perfect size, the structures are great for 5 and under. There are great toys to encourage open ended play. My child has made friends here. There are actually comfy chairs for the parents, and the best part is the eating area is still in view of play area. We do the season passes which are reasonably priced although they went up a bit as everything has these days. The Norwood location is def our fav. Nice homie vibe and they pick up the toys a few times throughout the day which is the best touch. They don’t set time limits on your stay which honestly is why we never go to some of the bigger play places. We are so grateful for the staff at jamtime Norwood. They feel like the aunties everyone needs!”
