“There’s not many parks for toddlers but this one is perfect for kids of all ages. All safe, with bouncy ground material. Obstacle courses for the bigger babies and all. This area is already great for parks, but this one stands out.”

Overview
Part of Arlington's reimagined Jennie Dean Park development, this playground is large enough to accommodate varied ages simultaneously. The rubberized bouncy ground surface runs throughout, reducing fall impact across the entire area. Obstacle courses serve older and more active children, and dedicated structures for toddlers mean younger kids are not competing for the same equipment. Reviewers consistently call it a standout among Arlington's playground options.
