“Alyssa (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very professional and helpful on the phone today with my membership questions. She deserves a shout out! Our daughter (and mom and dad) have an absolute blast here!!! :)”

“I can’t say enough good things about how accommodating they were with my party transfer situation. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding-super friendly, professional, and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and stress-free. Not only did they help set up the party, but they also made sure every detail was taken care of so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel this supported, and they really exceeded my expectations. The whole experience was seamless, and I left feeling grateful and confident that I made the right choice. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing customer service and a team that truly cares about making your event a success.”

“It is $20 for one child and one adult to enter. You and your child must both be wearing socks or else you will have to purchase socks to enter. Shoes for both adult and child have to be checked in at the entrance. The facility is quite clean, the floors or mostly padded industrial carpet. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean and floors were dry (thank goodness!). You and child will wear wristbands which allows you exit and re-enter all day as you please. Have fun!”
