“It's a little pricey, not enough games to play while you wait over an hour for your race to begin but fun none the less. We paid $60 for 2 races which was only 7 laps. Like I said a little pricey indeed! The food ok, not terrible but ok. All in all we did have fun 👍🏾”

“Subject: Formal Complaint – Unsafe Conditions, Unprofessional Conduct, and Denied Refund I am writing to formally complain about a serious safety issue and unprofessional conduct I experienced during my recent visit to K1 Speed. During my race session, the race was stopped multiple times because other drivers spun out. Staff stated these interruptions were necessary for safety. However, during the same session, I was struck multiple times at high speed by other karts, and the race was not stopped, nor was the situation addressed. This inconsistent handling of safety created a situation that felt unsafe and poorly managed. Because of the repeated interruptions and the collisions I experienced, I requested a refund after the race. My request was denied without a clear or reasonable explanation. What made the situation worse was the way my concerns were handled by an employee named Gavin. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and went on a prolonged rant blaming customers for what was happening on the track. I felt dismissed and disrespected rather than assisted. This is not acceptable customer service. I paid for a safe and well-managed racing experience and did not receive one. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously. I am requesting a refund for this session and a response explaining how this situation will be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future. I look forward to your prompt response.”

“Went for our anniversary and was very disappointed. Staff failed to ensure my 6-year-old could safely reach the pedals during the initial safety check. When I expressed concern, the staff was rude and dismissive. Even though he was the youngest and going slower, I had to push them to add the extra bar to ensure he could actually control the kart. To make matters worse, we heard an employee tell my son over the helmet camera, 'It ain’t going to make you faster.' Video linked It was never about speed; it was about safety and accessibility. Children should not be spoken to that way, especially when a parent is pushing for safety measures. Very unprofessional.”
