“I hate to write a bad review about k1, because usually our experience is about as good as possible given crowds and other factors, but on my last visit our group was treated very rudely and given karts that shouldn’t have been on track, despite 6 people being the track at most. The two women monitoring the track talked a lot of shit within earshot and where unusually rude for the location. Not the kind of staff you want to encounter when you spend almost $400 for 4 people to race. While I won’t stop racing here, I will not and would not recommend spending any money or trying to race while those two women are on staff.”

“Extremely unprofessional management. They require you to leave your belongings with them, giving no warning they may get stolen and offering no protection. When your belongings get stolen, they refuse responsibility, won't check a camera, and won't provide incident reports. They don't follow minimum requirements. All they say is, "We don't know." Avoid this place; not recommended.”

“​I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of security at this location. Before my race, I was told I couldn't bring my personal items into the race area. When I asked where to store them, the staff told me to "just leave them there" in a designated spot. ​While I was on the track, my Beats earbuds were stolen. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, their response was completely dismissive. They simply said, "We don't know," and refused to take any action. They wouldn't check the security cameras, refused to provide an incident report, and didn't offer a single apology. ​The level of disrespect and the "not my problem" attitude from the management is unacceptable. They gave me poor instructions that resulted in a theft and then took zero responsibility for the environment they created. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you value your belongings and expect even a baseline level of professional service.”
