1 / 2Kemah Boardwalk
đ Kemah, TX
Galveston Bay waterfront attraction featuring the Boardwalk Bullet roller coaster, Stingray Reef aquarium, waterfront restaurants, and year-round festivals. Free entry to the boardwalk with paid rides and parking.
It's an excellent amusement park! You can have a fantastic time there, enjoy amazing food, and eat at places like Bubble Gum and other super good restaurants. I highly recommend it! The train ride is fabulous, the lights are amazing, and the boat ride is wonderful. Everything is just fantastic. Come and enjoy a few hours, and the entrance fee is only $28, which is a great deal for the whole day. I invite you, my friends, to experience this fabulous place.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children who enjoy carnival-style rides alongside waterfront dining and bay views. The free boardwalk entry lets families choose how much they spend on rides and food. Combine with a NASA visit for a full Galveston-area day. Visit mid-week for a more relaxed experience and street parking to sidestep the expensive lots.

âKemah Boardwalk is the perfect place to unwind after a day at NASA! The atmosphere walking along the water is fantastic, especially with the cool breeze. The Boardwalk Bullet is an absolute must if you love roller coasters, it is surprisingly fast! We grabbed a meal at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., which was delicious and fun with a great view of the bay. It gets a bit crowded on weekends, but the energy is lively. A great spot for familiesâ

âKemah Boardwalk was a cool experience, especially when purchased through the CityPass. As a tourist, getting the tickets almost 50% off and being given a simple, straight forward ALL DAY RIDES wrist band was way easier than seeing some of the locals purchase physical, paper tickets and have to keep those on your person while you go crazy riding these fun attractions all day đ Loved the Aviator ride with my wife. Definitely a fun first starter to get prepped to ride the Pharaoh and from there, the Flare!! Lots of delicious food options to choose from and the grounds were very clean. The whole place reminded me of a county fair. Definitely save a couple dollars by parking on the street. It's limited but we were able snag a spot right outside the second lot, on the corner near the burger spot and the water đ good luck!â
