“Love going to Kennywood with my grandchildren. Was very disappointed they no longer sell milk. Bring the milk back! As I was waiting for my family a worker, Jake, brought me a scooter and the paperwork. Kudos for the convenience of a scooter.”

“I remember Kennywood being something special, something we all got new outfits to wear for the trip. We went with our family when I was young, and as I got older, my friends and I would go to have some fun, and maybe meet some girls 😉. We never thought of it to be the local spot to brawl. Boy have times changed. I was there with my young son Saturday for opening day, thought it would be fun. The rampant groups of teens that just pushed their way to the front of every line was a bit nerve racking. While waiting in line for the potato patch, another group of teens was throwing cheese covered fries over their shoulders and hitting other guests, including a few smaller children. Over towards the Pirate Ship, a fight broke out with roughly 20-30 teens beating on each other, then when security rolled in, they all took off in every direction, pushing through other people that had nothing to do with them. After wards, when trying to leave, another large group got into a fight in the parking lot and were running out into the man drag and carried on over to McDonalds. Get your stuff together Kennywood, it was a day for guests with Season Passes, so revoke theirs. Do better. Maybe make it so they have to be accompanied by adult chaperones, and not 18, make it 21, maybe even 25. Make the chaperone sign for them and put them in the system to hold people accountable. It’s ridiculous to go to a family amusement park and have to worry about being assaulted, hit with food, and hearing a bunch of bad kids running around lawlessly and swearing every other word, and shoving their ways to the front of the lines.”
