Kennywood is a National Historic Landmark amusement park with eight roller coasters including The Phantom's Revenge, water attractions, and dedicated mild rides for small children — a multi-generational Pittsburgh institution.
Love going to Kennywood with my grandchildren. Was very disappointed they no longer sell milk. Bring the milk back! As I was waiting for my family a worker, Jake, brought me a scooter and the paperwork. Kudos for the convenience of a scooter.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for Pittsburgh-area families seeking a mix of legacy coasters and gentler rides for younger kids. Multi-generational groups appreciate the historic charm and range of intensity levels. Phantom Fall Fest suits older kids and teens in autumn.
