“I want to say Kids and Coffee continues to deliver but after 8 months of multiple visits the facility is showing MAJOR wear. I never did mind paying the price for how clean the facility was and well taken care of. The tides have turned: **note our visits are always as soon as it opens - the ball pit is running VERY THIN it used to be up to the waist now it barely covers the bottom. I understood if it was later int he day but the beginning of the day. -Green grass area - parts patches, lifting patches, multiple visits the under mound tunnel has been "closed for construction" -multiple locations with torn ropes, damaged ropes, flooring the covering is lifting off the padding. -this last visit was the most disappointing - when we showed up at 9:05 am the place was a mess and we were one of a few only in. Nothing was picked up, stuff strewn everywhere, kitchen/cafe play areas empty racks nothing restaged. -the comfort room, the theory is there however it is not being taken care of. I walked in with my toddler on the floor were childproof locks broken off the cabinetry and stuck tot he floor while sticking up for any shoeless parent or adult to step on in a dark room. No longer worth the price.”
