“Management is frustrating. I did the QR code as we entered. I was convinced it charged me and I was ready to enter. The employee was adamant no it hadn't. Against my better judgement I trusted them just to get the excited kid in and playing. Once we settled down I doubled check my cc app. Sure enough double charge. No biggie right? Wrong. I immediately brought up concerns with the employee who called their manager on a cell phone. Manager claims they'll take care of it just leave contact info. It's been a week. I have heard nothing. Maybe this will get their attention? The facilities are okay. It's a cheap build compared to other local facilities. I'm also not convinced it's cleaned very well. There was a lot of visible dust”
