“Fifteen minutes after arriving, a family with a birthday party hoarded the place. I called the manager to take control of the situation (basic civil rights). One man from that group kept his eyes on us, which felt like harassment, and I didn't feel safe for me and my family. I requested a refund or a pass for another weekday. The manager said she needed to talk to the other manager. They didn't care. This was March 28th.”
