“My daughter and I had a great time! Usually, she is very overwhelmed by this type of environment, but she ran in there and loved it. It wasn't as noisy as I would have thought. The place is very clean. The staff was very kind. They are continuously in motion putting things away, setting things up. There wasn't a piece of cake or fork on the ground anywhere. The play space is also clean, engaging, and seems safe. They call all the kids out when it is time for pizza and cake by playing fun themed songs. AND IT WORKED! The kids came out to the many birthday tables all arranged for the separate parties. My daughter played from 11am - 1pm (ish). When she was done, she was completely exhausted. There is even a dragon character that comes out. I was completely stunned. I honestly have low expectations for this kind of thing, but this place is solidly awesome.”

“Amazing place for kids. My 2 year old loves it and we come all the time. We did a party here and it exceeded all of our expectations. Meeting Huggy had to be the best part as my son went nuts for him and it made my day and his! The 10 admission pass is also a great deal as you get 10 admissions for a big discount! This location is our favorite and the woman that I believe is the manager, is a stellar person and all around great with customer service and training her staff carefully and consistently. It shows across the board. Even on weekends this place never missed a beat!”

“This place used to be a great option for families, and we used to come almost every week. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill badly in recent months. Now almost every weekend is taken over by birthday parties. Today there were eight birthday parties at the same time, and the place was basically at full capacity. There were no tables or chairs available for regular walk-in customers at all. The management is clearly prioritizing party bookings over individual families, with no proper planning or crowd control. The result is an extremely crowded, noisy, and chaotic environment. At this point, this place feels completely out of control. It is no longer friendly for families who just want to come and play casually. If you are not here for a birthday party, coming on weekends is a terrible experience. We will definitely look for another place instead.”
