We come here often. Always clean and friendly
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Strong fit for families with kids ages 1–12, especially those celebrating birthdays or planning longer visits that span a meal break. The all-day re-entry policy removes the pressure of maximizing a timed session. Pack non-grip socks — every adult and child entering the play area must wear them.

“Just had my child's 9th Birthday. And This has been the worst experience I had at any play place. I wish we would had went to Dinoland again instead of this place. Will give my 7 reasons why this was terrible experience. 1. Before we confirmed the basics. How many kids and adults you will have for a party booking. Now, the key part THEY WONT SAY until you already booked with them and possibly the same day as the party. You have to pay for EVERY SINGLE adult that comes in. Grandma, great grandma, aunties, and whoever that comes in and enjoy their nieces, nephews, grandkids, or great grandkids party. You will have to pay for them to sit there. I repeat, they have to be paid for to sit there. Not paying for people that would actually go up in the place with their kids. Which we only had 8 adults going IN the place with kids. I paid for 17 adults and I wills tell you 8 did not go in the place, but was paid for. However, their regular prices for admission is 2 free adults per kids. So do the math. If you rather come in vs having a party, its much cheaper and better to just coming in vs making a party with them. However.... 2. They don't have food, but order a pizza with them and you have to pay a $5 fee per kid for outside food if you do. I repeat, they would order a pizza if you choose to pick a pizza with the place and they would charge you an outside food fee $50 as they require this as the pizza THEY order outside food. So, I paid it and instead of order the $20 per pizzas they give you, I went to Dominos ans grabbed 4 large pizzas for $46 and made sure to bring my cake. So, not food here if you come in for a regular time with them. 3. The hostess was missing in action. We were greeting with a hostess at the beginning and only seen her ONCE the whole time and that was what drinks to pick. Thats it. I went to the counter for more cups, more plates, more plates, more plates, and spoons. If we paid as much as we did, we shoulda had her come over at least 3 times minimum. 4. Normal prices 0-11 months are free. But my cousin brings her 11 months and they TRIED TO CHARGE her. Its ridiculous that that even was attempted when she clearly said she was 11 months and with party, they throw those regular prices and make up anything for profits. 5. Goodies bags was something you can get from the dollar store. No joke. You can go to the dollar store and find party favors much better than they give you. The smallest crayons, one fake tattoo, note pad, in a cheap green bag. Thats it. Was trying to figure where all my money went, but not to those bags. 6. Better service. Mostly on the phone and understand telling people they would have to pay for more people if they do the part vs coming in as its much cheaper. As I already mentioned before. Its on us regardless, but st the same time, let your workers reassure them to a good service with this "policy" of parties have to pay for every adult playing or not playing. But doing that wouldn't allow the place to make money. 7. I believe Huggy was suppose to mostly come out for the birthday party im not not wrong as it lists on the checklist for a party. But was coming out and not directed to the party. He was mostly greated with everyone else in the place. Dont put that on the list if he isn't for the party. If hes for everyone, take that off the checklist. So thats my 7 things on why I had a terrible experience with this place. I will leave eith this. Do better on yall prices. Do better on letting people know about your food policies correctly. Do better on your pricing as well, its very confusing to charge more on parties vs people coming in daily. I thought it would been more cheaper for a party. Make sure your host actually do her job. And finally, if im paying yall $524 for a damn Birthday party, make sure to make it the best experience. It wasn't very mediocre. Going back to Dinoland.”
