“I made a birthday reservation at this location 3 weeks in advance. The party was scheduled for Easter Sunday . I got a call 1 week prior about paying for pizza that totaled close to $50. I was told that if I did not pay for outside food and drinks for my guests I would not be able to bring my daughter’s birthday cake. Cancelled the pizzas paid the extra $50 for outside food. The day of the party 3 hours before it started an associate called & stated they were having bathroom issues and the kids wouldn’t be able to use the bathroom we had to take them across the street to QuikTrip. I couldn’t get a refund but I could move the party . I explained how inconvenient this was for me. I was offered to go to the Olathe location. I spoke with manager Mabry who reassured me everything was taken care of . I get the Olathe location they had no idea we were coming. The party started an hour late. I was only offered free passes to the Lenexa location. The staff at the Olathe location went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would avoid this location as they do not care you are spending $400+ on your kids special day. Still waiting for a call back about how they are making things right.”
