Updating my previous 5 star review to 1 star. An unattended child was punching kids in the soccer area and wouldnβt stop. I watched that kid grab my 6 year old and start punching him while Iβm screaming at him to stop and get off him. I got my kids out of there and was asking for the child to come out and find their parent. No parents came forward and I went to the staff for help who said they canβt do anything except say donβt do that. They then proceeded to not even do that or assist in helping find the parent. One of my friends went around the entire room and was able to find their parent in a corner not watching their kid at all. The staff told me to call the police if I want assistance. So come here if you are fine with having your child punched and injured in front of you with staff not doing anything and parents who wonβt watch or stop their kids at all. I will never be back.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children ages 1-12 who want a full-day indoor play destination. Toddlers and younger kids thrive in the structured zones, and the birthday party setup with a dedicated host suits groups of 10 or more. Supervision from parents is expected throughout β staff do not actively monitor play areas.
