An exemplary Children's Museum that is on par with those in large metropolitan areas. A true gem in downtown Rutherfordton!

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Covers a broad age span — infancy through age 10 at KidSenses, and 11 and up at The Factory Museum next door, making it a rare venue that works for mixed-age sibling groups. Best for families who can spend two or more hours exploring multiple rooms.

Love this place! Affordable fun and engaging rooms for hours of play. However, their placement of the gift shop right in between some of the exhibits and with nothing to block kids from going in there means a constant battle keeping my toddlers away so I don't like going there as much as we would. Its a struggle for many other parents I have talked to as well. So hence only 4 stars.
