“I’m a nanny and bring the child I look after here once every couple of weeks. It is great! It’s super, SUPER clean compared to other play places, it has a cute baby space, cars, slides, candy floss machine and so much more. We absolutely love the air tubes and watching them take the balls up and down. Highly recommend!”

“this place was very clean, safe, and expansive. the largest ball pit i have ever seen in a play place. For adults it had lots of table space and comfortable seating for adults. I appreciated so much that it was not a separate party room which often feels cramped, everything was open floorplan. this place was designed with parents in mind and once I let my kids loose in the place, I was just able to check out the whole time and relax. any low ratings on google reviews are nit-pickers!”

“We’ve enjoyed coming here for playdates a few times and my kids always loved the space. Unfortunately, during our last visit there was a child who repeatedly hit my son (and other children as well). He was accompanied by his grandmother, who seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage his behavior, and the staff on duty did not step in to help. I find it very concerning that nothing was done to address the situation. Both the lack of intervention from staff and the unsafe behavior from that child made the experience unacceptable. I will have to think twice about bringing my kids back unless I can be sure the environment is safe and supervised appropriately.”

“This place is unbelievably dirty and completely unsafe for kids — especially infants. Even the so-called “infant area” is dangerous and poorly maintained. The floors were filthy, equipment was sticky, and nothing looked properly cleaned. For a place meant for small children, this is unacceptable. There are basically no rules being enforced. Bigger kids were running wild in the baby area, pushing and jumping with no supervision from parents or staff. It felt chaotic and stressful instead of fun. It is also EXTREMELY loud — way too loud for babies and toddlers. No sound control, no organization, just noise and chaos everywhere. This playground feels neglected and unsafe. I would never bring my child here again and absolutely would not recommend it to anyone with infants or toddlers.”
