Jaybran has been amazing since the moment we arrived at Launch. He has been incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Angelica also helped us with the party packages and took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we had a great experience. They both went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. The bathrooms and the entire facility were also very clean. We will definitely be back!

βCame to Launch with my two kids on a hot summer day and it was amazing for them! They jumped for two hours and did the zip line, great option to get out of the sun and still be active. Jaybran at the front desk was so helpful and kind to us! 10/10 for summer fun.β
