“While the facility has the potential to be a fun place for families, I’ve been to much cleaner indoor parks and let me tell you; this place was not it… my experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. During my visit, I sat with my toddlers near the playground, and for over an hour, a nearby table remained covered in trash without any staff addressing it. This reflects poorly on overall upkeep and attention to guest areas. Throughout the facility, I observed similar concerns—trash left on benches in the basketball area and plastic cups scattered across arcade machines. The environment felt neglected, which made it uncomfortable to continue our visit and ultimately led us to leave early. Additionally, parts of the playground appear to be in need of repair. Damaged netting raises valid safety concerns, especially in a space designed for children. Cleanliness and safety should be a top priority for any family-oriented establishment. I strongly encourage management to address these issues promptly, as they significantly impact the guest experience and overall trust in the facility.”
