“I've bowled here numerous times this year. Every time there were malfunctions. The last 2 times the cashier tried to charge me for shoes even though I brought my bowling shoes. The cashier spread my cost into my friends. The game today ended prematurely. The front desk said they would fix the lane malfunction. We waited 10 minutes. They then said our game was over and they didn't know what happened. A lady next to us said this happens often here. They move ppl out to get new customers in to get their money. I had to tell the manager 2 times that the new worker kept spreading my bill to my Friends. . I was friendly with the 2 staff workers and the manager the last month so I don't know why the manager originally backed up the cashier when he has seen me and knows the worker was in the wrong. I had to tell the manager 2 times that the cashier is still charging for the shoes but making my friends pay it since he knows I noticed he charged me”
