Best for families wanting a laid-back resort base near Disney World without staying on Disney property. The water park inclusion adds strong value for kids. Families should request rooms away from the parking lot side to avoid noise issues - interior-facing rooms offer a quieter stay.

“We go one 3-4 vacations a year and I would come back here. The pools are nice and there are plenty of pools and seating. The room was good. I have no complaints with that. Plenty of food options. I thought the food was decent. Not incredible but ok”

“Decent resort but not excellent. Staff friendliness especially at the front desk needs to be worked on. Room 250 is subpar as it’s over the parking lot and drunk people kept me up all night. Also, the street lamp right outside the room shined through the blackout curtains. Was not a good room for sleep or rest. Room could not be changed. Was expecting warmer staff and more hospitality. Wouldn’t come back based on comfort of room and staff.”
