MedStar Capitals Iceplex in Arlington is the official practice facility of the Washington Capitals NHL team, housing two full NHL-sized ice rinks. One rink includes spectator stands. Public skate sessions, learn-to-skate programs, hockey clinics, drop-in pickup hockey, stick-and-shoot sessions, freestyle ice, and summer camps are all on the schedule.
