“I had a very upsetting experience with Midway Sports & Entertainment. My wife took our kids there to have a good time, but it turned into a frustrating and embarrassing situation. After paying, one of the employees gave my kids golf clubs so they could play. Everything seemed fine—until another worker came over, took the clubs away from them, and said they were given “by mistake.” Instead of handling it professionally, she just grabbed them and walked off with no proper explanation or apology. My kids were left confused and upset, and my wife felt disrespected. This is not how you treat paying customers, especially families with children. If there was a mistake, the staff should have handled it politely and respectfully—not by taking things away from kids in the middle of their activity. Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.”

“They just added new “tee boxes” absolutely trash nothing was reading accurately at all literally will never come back. What’s the point of upgrading your tee box with shittier material. The ball has no fluff and you can’t hit the ball off the actual Matt it just says you duff it.”
