I believe that for a park that is entirely intended for children, this place is not safe at all. Yes, itβs beautiful. Yes, itβs well maintained. Yes, a lot has clearly been invested in it. But it is simply not safe. There is a walking path around the lake with a small sign at the park entrance β a sign that is barely visible β warning that the area contains alligators. People walk there with bicycles, children pass through, and people even fish there. I walked there myself with my baby and my dog and didnβt notice the sign at all. By the time I reached the middle of the park, I discovered the worst of it: the lake is full of alligators. Itβs only a matter of time before a tragedy happens there. I strongly recommend installing clear warning signs and fencing the area as soon as possible, before an unfortunate incident occurs.
