“I just have to say I was very impressed by a young lady named Kimberly at My lil town in Canoga Park, Topanga Mall. Kimberly’s customer care and service was amazing! She was very nice and attentive at all times with all parties. This place is very clean! I would see her wipe down tables as soon as a party left. The toy area looks very clean too! I will be coming back soon!”

“⭐ Zero stars if I could! I honestly came here looking to give a zero star review. I can’t believe some people gave this place 4 or 5 stars — for what exactly? They charge $25 for absolutely nothing. There’s nothing for kids to play with, and the place is filthy, messy, and completely disorganized. The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and there’s no visible management to speak with. My 2-year-old child was hurt by much bigger kids, and when I asked the staff to call the parents to control their children, I was told, “It’s not our job, parents signed the waiver.” Are you kidding me? That’s insane and completely irresponsible. 🚫 Parents — avoid this place at all costs! You’re paying for chaos, dirty and zero safety”

“It makes me really sad that this places service is so poor. Came in today in the afternoon and while the girl at the counter seems nice in greeting at first she's very unhelpful and can not answer basic questions regarding their business. I had to just pull it up and check on the website to get answers. As I asked her she then gave the biggest attitude which is why i went to my phone to look it up . The place was dirty dirty ! And worst of all their hand sanitizer was out of order and had no other option. Overall this is a children's place ment to be fun and playful no one should take themselves so serious”
