Neighborhood Playground
📍 Orlando, FL
A compact residential playground on Kittanning Ave in Orlando with swings and basic equipment. Best for toddlers and early primary-age children. Reviewers note it works well for small groups.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and children under 7 who want a quick, low-key play stop close to home. The compact size means it works best with small groups - not the right pick for birthday parties or larger gatherings.

Overview
This small neighborhood playground on Kittanning Ave serves the local residential community in southwest Orlando. Swings are highlighted as a standout feature and the equipment functions well for toddlers through early primary age. One reviewer flags that the space feels crowded with more than a handful of children at once, so it suits smaller family visits rather than group outings. At a 4-star average, it's a reliable quick stop rather than a destination.
