“Took my 13 year old and his 3 friends here for the first time yesterday. They've had very little experience climbing and had never belayed before. Zac was a fantastic instructor, patient, great demeanor and super informative. By the end of his lesson the boys were doing everything on their own. 4 hours later, the boys didn't want to leave. Can't say enough about Zach and the entire staff (sorry I didn't get your names) were all friendly and really helpful as well. Oh..and great music! Will definitely be back! Thank you!”

“We tried auto belay and lead. The setting on most moderates was enjoyable. The vibes were welcoming and fit the climbing community. Staff were great… Phil and Sadie were happy to answer questions. Ryan seemed like a genuine person and owner.”

“Climbing gym: 5+ Zack: 0. Zack insulted my friends older brothers intelligence, and acted mentally handicapped making fun of his brother. Slurring his speech and distorting his face when our brother didn’t understand what he had said. Later when we were passing Zack in the gym he said to me “your face is killing me”. We were confused as we had never heard that and he repeated himself saying “yeah your face, it’s killing me”. We didn’t respond as this was so confusing. After looking the saying up it was indeed an insult, insulting the way my face looks. I’m thinking this is because my teeth are messed up and I’ve been ashamed of this my whole life. We tried talking to him before we left but he was training someone on lead. My friend and I were in Las Vegas on vacation and Zack was the only individual that was mean to us the entire time. We had a great time climbing and all the other staff were nothing but nice.”
