“This was our first visit to Ninja Factory, and Isabella made it exceptional. We came in a little nervous with our 3-year-old, unsure how he’d do, but she immediately put us at ease. She went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, checking in on us throughout our visit, making sure we felt comfortable, and genuinely caring that we were having a great experience. What stood out most was her kindness, attentiveness, and presence. Every time we passed her, she took a moment to connect and make sure we were okay. That level of care doesn’t go unnoticed, and it made a huge difference for our family. Isabella is a standout and a true asset to your team. Employees like her are the reason people come back. Thank you, Isabella, for making our first visit so memorable, we’ll absolutely be back because of you.”

“I bring my nieces and nephew here pretty often. They love coming to Ninja Factory. It is always clean, the staff are friendly, and you honestly can't beat their pricing. They do not allow outside food which is understandable, but they do have a good variety of snacks for sale!”
