“First time at Ninja Kidz Trampoline Park and I was greeted with a warm smile by Autumn. She was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and truly a great salesperson. Because of her outstanding service, I ended up getting a monthly pass! She did an amazing job, and I believe you need more employees like her if you want customers to keep coming back. It was a bit overcrowded for a Saturday, but I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Each area had an employee carefully watching the kids, and I saw staff constantly cleaning and sweeping up — which I truly appreciated. They also have a café with affordable prices, which was a nice bonus. Plus, there’s a dedicated party section that’s perfect for throwing a birthday celebration. Overall, a great experience for families!”

“My son absolutely loved it here and my family & I really enjoyed it as well. I liked that it was really spacious & you're able to sit and relax everywhere & easily keep an eye on the kids. The restrooms where very clean but none of the stalls had toilet paper in them & everytime we went to the snack bar no one was ever around. Overall we loved it & will definitely be back.”
