📍 Westland, MI
Oak Lanes offers open bowling 7 days a week, dart leagues, and dedicated birthday party packages in Westland, MI. Call ahead - large events and league play can claim lanes.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for school-age kids and teens who can handle a standard 10-frame game at pace. A 42-inch bumper-lane setup isn't mentioned, so very young or first-time bowlers should confirm lane assists when booking. Party packages make it a practical pick for kid birthdays.

💬 What parents mention
Overview
A Metro Detroit staple in Westland, Oak Lanes runs open bowling daily alongside competitive leagues and dart leagues. The front desk and bar staff draw consistent praise for attentiveness. Birthday party packages and group events - corporate outings, fundraisers, retirement parties - are a specialty. Lanes are well-maintained and the atmosphere is lively. League play and large bookings can limit open lane availability, so calling ahead is recommended.
