Heaven on Earth!! Very beautiful place on a gorgeous property (300+ acres). People are very relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful horses. Best place on long island to ride! Great place to ride if you are just starting out or an advanced rider

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

While the property offers beautiful grounds and horses suitable for all skill levels, serious safety concerns and management issues make this venue risky for families. The Fire Marshal has condemned parts of the property, and multiple equestrian professionals warn against using this facility due to safety violations and poor maintenance.

πŸ’‘Research recent fire safety violations and property conditions before visiting
⏰Consider this venue only for occasional lessons, not long-term boarding

β€œI boarded horses here for over 7 years and the facility owner & management are untruthful, reckless, and do operate in a manor that regards their tenants’ and horses’ safety. The facility was great decades ago, however it has not been maintained over the years despite management claiming it still is a top facility. Management will not make repairs or improvements, even when the animals are in danger. From broken paddocks with exposed nails, to not paying the hay supplier, to knowingly violating fire safety protocol (no working sprinklers). Save yourself the headache, DONT BOARD HERE!”

β€œThe owner Manny Malekan and manager Jason Green allowed an unsafe situation to go on for years forcing us to leave the premises with 24 hours notice after the Fire Marshal condemned the property. Grooms who had lived above the barn were left homeless and jobless on top of not being paid for over a month. The mansion on the property houses an illegal business. Property needs major repair which they promised was forthcoming yet never done. Stay away.”

β€œDO NOT RENT STALLS HERE. The farm management are not truthworthy and the list of issues with this property is too long for a review. Google the property and fire violations and continue down the rabbit hole. It will tell you all you need to know. I am a respected equestrian professional who is looking out for the rest of the LI horse community- please be careful of dealing with the farm owners/management.”
