“I visited last weekend with my son and his girlfriend to check out the Insane Aslyum escape room at PanIQ in Indianapolis. This was our first ever escape room so we were a little unsure of the process but Iliana was amazing! She was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. She got us up to speed quickly and before you knew it we were locked up in an abandoned insane aslyum padding room with flickering lights, blood stains - straight out of a horror movie! The experience lasted about an hour and was filled with amazing set pieces and challenging, yet fun puzzles! I especially loved how several of the puzzles required you to work as a team - rather than just things you could solve alone. This made the whole experience more of a group activity than most others and encouraged teamwork and camaraderie while everyone had a blast. And if you get really stuck, you can request a hint. We really tried to avoid it but ended up requesting help twice. On both occasions the hint provided was perfect! It was vague enough that you have to really think about it and see how it applies to what you already know about your situation. They don't just tell you what to do - they give you a tiny hint and allow you to still have the satisfaction of solving the puzzle yourself.
