“We had my son’s 2nd birthday at Peek N Play Frisco! It is his absolute favorite place so we were very excited to host his birthday here! We did the custom theme package. The staff deserves 5 stars! Everything was planned perfectly and the birthday theme and design was more than I could imagine! My son had the best birthday and all we had to do was show up! Will definitely host future birthdays here!”

“It’s really a shame to give this place 2 stars because like other reviews this place is really cute and clean. However, we were the only customers here. My mom and I brought my niece and my daughter who are both 1 years old. The girls loved playing here so much we asked about birthday parties. Up until this point staff were okay but not super friendly. Then staff started cleaning behind the babies making it feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable telling my daughter she couldn’t bring a toy into the ball pit (she can’t understand so it made her upset.) What do they do when there are tons of kids there. Do you follow every child not letting them take toys in other places? She then continued to follow us around the rest of the time. We were the only ones in there and all they had really done was knock over some blocks so I’m just not understanding why it had to be that uncomfortable. They are babies and for the price you have to pay to get into these places I think it was highly inappropriate. If someone is that pressed about babies playing you shouldn’t be in the children’s industry. They deserve to live and enjoy their childhood without adults treating them poorly. Just very disappointing.”
