“We had my son’s birthday party here and overall it was a really great experience. The facility was clean, well set up, and the staff handled all the coordination, which made the day completely stress free for us as parents. Being able to just show up and enjoy the celebration was a huge plus. The only concerns we had were related to the party package details. The table setting was prepared for about 14 kids, even though the package we purchased was for up to 25 children. Additionally, the package stated that it included party hats and white goody bags with an art book that matched our theme, which we did not receive. We had our own goody bags to hand out so wasn’t too big of a deal but since it was advertised and we paid for it, it was still expected especially for the price of the party package. Aside from those items, everything else went smoothly and our son had a wonderful time. With a bit more attention to the included package details, this would have been a perfect experience.”
