“WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN I recently visited and had a really disappointing experience, and after reading other reviews, it seems like this isn’t an isolated issue. I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. When I went up to the counter, the employee immediately cut me off before I could even speak and told me all lanes were closed for a tournament. What was confusing is that there were plenty of lanes visibly open, yet I was told everything was unavailable and that there might be about an hour wait—with no guarantee. The way this was communicated came across as dismissive and unprofessional. NO attempt to accommodate us was made. On top of that, there was no notice on the website or any clear communication beforehand that the place would essentially be closed to the public due to a tournament. If this is how operations are being handled now, especially with frequent tournaments, customers should be clearly informed before they make the trip. Based on my experience and what others are saying, this seems to be an ongoing problem.”
