“We had our daughter's 6th birthday party here in November and we could not have been happier with Play Big Zone! Gianna was wonderful to work with in the time leading up to the event. She gave us a tour and was responsive to all of our questions. On the day of the party, something went wrong with the store that was doing our balloons, and I showed up alone with my daughter to set up while my husband waited for the balloons to be done. Our two party hosts, Bri and Alex, swooped into action in this unexpected situation. Bri kept my daughter busy in the play area while Alex helped me set up the decorations. They did a fantastic job running the party from the activities to help with the food and communicating with us throughout. We are so appreciative of their hard work! They were so kind and professional. Many parents commented what a great facility it was for this age group. The arcade games are appropriate and entertaining, and the play area is too! They also have a small area for babies and small toddlers that it gated and safe. We had one 11-month-old guest who loved having his own area to play in. The restaurant that Play Big Zone works with also provides great food. No frozen, reheated junk like you get at other places. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a birthday party venue!”

“We just had our son’s second birthday party here. From the planning process to the end of the party, the staff were so helpful and made the entire process easy. Gianna helped me choose the activities and took her time to explain everything to me in great detail. We were also so lucky to have had Antonio as our attendant along with Micaela (?). Antonio’s patience and kindness is truly something to behold. He was wonderful with the kids and accommodating to the adults. We have a big family which could be hectic, but everything was handled with a smile and we couldn’t have asked for a better party for my son. “We had my son’s 5th birthday party at Play Big Zone last weekend and it was amazing! We had 22 kids ranging from a few months old to 6 years old, and it was perfect for all ages. The staff immediately introduced themselves, helped us set up, and clearly explained the schedule, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. They even offered us a larger party room, which was so thoughtful. Everything ran smoothly, and I especially loved the gated play area for babies and toddlers — such a great touch for the little ones. The kids had a blast, and so many parents told me how great the party was and that they’d definitely be back. I highly recommend Play Big Zone for your child’s next birthday party.
