1 / 2PlaySpace Cafe
📍 Eugene, CA
Indoor play cafe with a multi-tiered play structure, dedicated under-2 soft play zone, arts and crafts room, book nook, and on-site coffee shop. Separate zones suit toddlers through kids aged 10-12.
Hidden jewel for toddler parents! As a mom to a 2 year old and traveling multiple states in a day, this was an amazing find by my husband. $9 amd a waiver got us an hour of play. They have cafe style seating and padded couches along the entire area for adults hanging out. An exploration room (looked like it was acting as a party room?), an art room, and then 2 play areas. The toddler play are was at the back with padded play space perfect for little movers through running toddlers. Then the larger play area visible when yoy enter the café looks geared toward older kids who dont need mom or dad to hold their hand. All in all, love a similar space home in South Dakota and tha fully to have found this place!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Excellent for families with children from infancy up to about 12 years old, with genuinely distinct zones for each stage. The under-2 soft zone and the permission to climb alongside younger children sets this apart from typical play centres. Parents get quality coffee and comfortable seating throughout, making longer visits comfortable.

“I have three boys of different ages and they all had a blast here, it is great for littlest ones all the way up to about 10 to 12 years old. They have a soft foam playspace for the littlests. They have a room with arts and crafts and they also have a room with different building blocks and structures. The prices are very reasonable and they have lots of snacks and drinks available for both kids and adults.”

“This indoor play structure café is one of our favorite spots! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and my kid absolutely loves coming here. Every visit is a chance for them to meet new friends and burn off energy in a safe, fun space. The café has plenty of snacks to keep the little ones happy (and the parents fueled too). Definitely a go-to place for playtime!”

“I love this place. The owners are so kind, they make excellent coffee to enjoy and watch your kids play. We have been to this one and Lagoon in Springfield but we weren't satisfied not being able to climb onto the structure if our kid was stuck or in a conflict. I adore that Playspace allows parents to climb in and help their kid if needed.”
