Amazing staff, amazing place, amazing community, amazing experiences!! Shout out to the asst. manager, Jacob and regional director, Cindy (see below)! My fiance and I have been here once before in 2023 and we had a great time. The ice was clear and smooth the entirety of our skate time, which is so nice during public skate! It was not too crowded, and everyone minded their own spaces. The Christmas tree in the middle of the rink was a beautiful touch and added extra joy to our visit. I used to figure skate from ages 7-15 so getting back on the ice was an intimidating thought, but the environment here made the experience completely stress and intimidation free. All the employees, especially management are absolutely wonderful! I had bought 3 tickets: one for myself, my husband, and one of our sons to attend the public skate on a Sunday. We had a family emergency so I called the rink to see if I could get a ticket transfer for the following weekend, they gave me Cindy's email and I reached out. Same day I received a heartfelt response not only with an offer to transfer our tickets, but also the option to upload the ticket credits to my account so we could reschedule at our own convenience. We were beyond grateful for this option and within minutes of me confirming the credit option, they were loaded onto my account. I have skated in many different rinks in different states and I will say Polar Ice is the best overall rink by a landslide. Not to mention they offer how to skate and how to play (hockey) for a great price! Will definitely be frequenting more often after this experience!! Thank you Cindy, Jacob, and the Polar Ice family!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids ages 5 and up, from first-time skaters to league-level hockey players. The year-round Camp Chillin' program makes it a strong option for working parents needing structured activity coverage.

“Always busy and not as organized as the other polar ice locations at times but still friendly and coaching staff are great with our 5yo.”

“Can't even view the calendar on the website without having to "wait in line" what a joke of a company and it's terrible that they operate literally every rink in the area.”

“It's sad that, while most staff members are friendly, the have kept the guy with the curly hair and the mustache (his name is Nick I think). Super rude guy. A typical bully who likes to yell at people. His attitude is not unacceptable”
