The park is pretty shaded with tree coverage and there are neat features like a pumpkin coach and a xylophone. There are also four tennis courts, sand volleyball and a small basketball court. The park itself is fairly large but the fenced in playground area is smallish (but a nice enough size). It has plenty of benches. A really nice park overall with creative playground features.

“Lovely tree lined park right in between an urban part of town, which allows for an escape from the hustle and bustle. The onsite restrooms are good to have especially when visiting with children. They have 4 tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball and jogging trails, along with a wonderful fully fenced in playground for kids to play without parents having to worry much.”

“First time here and we loved it! There is a ton to do and the deck with the picnic tables are super convenient with shade for sunny days... They really thought of everything. Definitely going to be coming often my son enjoyed it very much. 🤗”

“We are a big fan of the slides at Pumpkin Park! The playground doesn't have the biggest footprint but nevertheless (especially for size) it is full of fun and unique things for kids to play with. Safe, well maintained, beautiful.”
